This is an old Walthers unit picked up recently for under $20 at the train show in Clark NJ. Excellent HO locomotive after cleaning, lube and adjustment of drive axel joints. After that, I replaced the original PCB with an old NCE DCC decoder, and bonded SMT LEDs to the head and rear lights using Bitching Bright (R) technology....
